Did the Lactic Acid Threshold test with Nina on the trainer: 20 min warmup @ 15 min tempo (90 rpm), 5 min intervals @ 30 seconds on/ 30 sec off, 5 min rest, 30 min race pace. Your LT is the average HR over the last 20 min of the workout. My result was 178... slightly lower than I had hoped/ expected, but it gives me something to aim for (let's see if I can get it up to 180!!). The computer was on the fritz-- cadence worked, but the wheel sensor did not, even after adjustment. boo. the mileage here is an estimate based on my usual pace, though it was probably farther, since i was pushing pretty hard.
