ouch. warmed up with a loop out zeeb rd to hrd... potholes are getting worse, if you can possibly believe that! but had a tailwind on hrd and averaged 16.5 all the way to maple. ran into will going the other direction on maple/ newport, and made arrangements for a tentative 40-50 mile ride tomorrow morning. will went his own way, and i got passed by a guy flying up newport! didn't even say "on your left" or "hi" :P boo. finished off with three reps up spring (3/4 of a mile, measured it this time). no pukey feelings, but definitely tired legs, and a sore back (from yoga yesterday? perhaps). whew.
