    Dismal, last long run before taper, felt like death, planned on running 22, died at only 13 ... U never know sometimes.... Wiped...

      It was warmer than it has been plus VERY humid... Humidity makes a HUGE difference because you can't cool off a well! Trust in your training! You are faster than you think!
