    It's been below freezing these last few weeks and I've been super sick. Slowly building back up to a run that I'm not ashamed of. This was a treadmill run/walk.

    slightly faster, but it felt like I was flying on the way back. I love the feeling you get when all your parts are working together correctly.

    Felt good to get out again. Haven't been running in over 2 weeks. Time to start training for the Apple Run in October. I'd like to make it in the 8 minute mile range.

    I stole my MIL's elliptical until the days get longer. I can't run in the dark. Bears will eat me.

    Broke my 10 minute mile plateau!! Woo-hoo! Pacing myself on the downhill seems to be working. :) Excuse me while I get up and do a happy dance.
