I have a door anchor for mine. With that I do a Standing Trunk Twist (the 11th pic at http://www.more.com/health/fitness/younger-you-workout), twisting trunk curl (couldn't find pics, but you anchor the band at a low level, lie on your back and do a one-handed crunch to the opposite side), wood chop(#6 here http://perfectonline.com/daily_workout/?p=1455), reverse wood chop (same as the regular wood chop, but anchor at the bottom and pull up across your body), and side bend (called the Shoulder Raise and.
