    Temps low 60s humidity 100% .... Fog and heavy mist. Walked to keep HR under zone 3. Even though pace was slow, high humidity made this a difficult jog.

    Think I did pretty good today. total of 20 minutes at 5.1 - 5.7 mph and 30 minutes at 6.0 - 6.5 mph. varied speeds at 5 minute intervals.
