Very good, my first ever longest run for 7.8k and walked for the remaining. Can run after walked for 1km and took some photos, but found can't restart because my legs muscle are gone.

you need to build stamina.. try running a bit slower but go further. shoot for 5K

you'll be fine. slow down if you have to.. don't worry about running the whole distance. i think all of us will be walking up the hill
