100 Push-ups & 200 Sit-ups

I completed Week 2 Day 1 of the 100 pushups and 200 sit-ups challenges. In between the sets I did jumping jacks, squats, leg lifts and dancing around the living room. LOL! (I had fun!)


Good for U!! I did the sit up challenge a short while back. It gets Real Tough but My Abs were thankful!!
