Plyometrics....I like it. It's different. I gets the heart going. My muscles are feeling good now but I know tomorrow will be another story.

7 months agoLeane, you are so consistent. Things have been crazy. I taught during a summer camp with my kiddos and I'm just getting back into the swing of things. But I'm back! How are you? I signed up for the Houston Half Marathon before it closed (yeah) and I'm biking in the Tour de Pink.
