    I'm so out of it. But I'm getting ready the half marathon is in Jan. so I have to get off my butt. (smile)

  3. The Houston Marathon sold out in less than a week. I'm so glad I registered on the July 17th.

      Leane, you are so consistent. Things have been crazy. I taught during a summer camp with my kiddos and I'm just getting back into the swing of things. But I'm back! How are you? I signed up for the Houston Half Marathon before it closed (yeah) and I'm biking in the Tour de Pink.

    Yoga. I did a lot better. I'm proud of myself. I think some of those positions are not natural. But I'm getting better.

    Plyometrics....I like it. It's different. I gets the heart going. My muscles are feeling good now but I know tomorrow will be another story.
