    Just a brisk walk, nothing else.

    Easy paced - run/walk sequence.

    Will run for food! 3.5 km

    Had to run out late to withdraw cash from the ATM and then grab dinner. The last 1km was after a LOT of food, and hence, walking :)

    First real world run+walk. Less boring and less dreadmill-ish. Followed it up with a killer session with a personal trainer. I am bushed!

      Sir, you forget that I'm a consultant- the hotel I am staying at, has a trainer who has no one to train and is bored as hell. He was really happy to get someone to train!!

      Most 'personal trainers' know jack shit, so be careful. I see all kinds of crap in the gyms that I have been to.

      While leaving the gym last Thu, in my energetic run out, I kinda stepped badly on a side railing while avoiding someone who was entering, and I instinctively knew I had done something stupid.

      Funnily, I am perfectly okay walking barefoot but walking around lots in formal shoes or running (to the aircraft gate) makes it flare up a bit.

      I am okay on flat surfaces, but climbing up or down stairs is a bit of a pain.

      Hits, I would advise you to stay off running or walking as it is too heavy on legs/knees. Keep upto cycling which is the best. I landed up into a lot of trouble on the legs/knees etc when I started walking & running. I went back to cycling & I feel fine.

      Not really. My work / travel schedule does not allow me much spare morning hours even when back in Delhi. The trainer should help me manage some more miles during evenings when the roads are batshit crazy.
