Great run even though my hamstring are super stiff. I felt like I could have cramps any time. I ran 3 miles at sub-7 pace to test the legs. Beautiful night, still humid but waaay better than the past days.


hope those legs get loose man, but great 8 miler nice work! Have a good one!
