I actually have no idea about the time but I'm pretty sure about the distance.
2.5 mile warm up and cooldown
5 x 1000 with 400m recovery each done at around 5:30 pace
3 x 300 with 100m recovery at 55s, 52s, 52s which is 4:31 pace. Those felt pretty fast!!
