      Thanks Christie. I know you are struggling a bit with your injury and not being able to run. Try not to worry about it affecting your race at Antelope. Just be patient and know that you have more than enough base training, guts and mental toughness to get you through the race in better shape than your last victory there. Give yourself the best odds by resting up and healing right. You'll do great!

      Frank!!!! How have I missed all these updates? You had an injury? I'm so sorry! I have one right now too - a calf strain from slipping on black ice on Rocky Canyon on a 22 miler two weeks ago. Antelope is in 4 weeks. Haven't ran a step in 14 days. Ugh! Congratulations on a great job pacing your pal! :D Hope your knee keeps feeling wonderful so you can kick ass at Grasslands!
