    Dead tired at the end, and then I still decided to walk home from the gym. These late night gym sessions aren't such a good idea.

    Lateral raises are hard, very hard. The shoulder presses were very good. I still think shrugs are dumb. Need to work on going heavier with the lateral raises.

    First day of the new training program. My legs was sore for 4hrs afterwards. The single leg calf raises are the worst.

    It was very hot in the gym, and I managed a total of 12 sets on the squat. Could however not manage a new pb, but I should give it another try next week.

    Felt really good today, managed to lift heavy on the dead lifts and did many sets of rows, and pull ups. Hanging leg raises are however still, and will probably always be, a killer.

    I'm so happy, finally managed to set a new pb on the bench press. I still bench press like a girl, but at least I'm within 5kg of bench pressing my body weight for three sets. YEAH!!!

    It feels good again, yeah!! It was 100% effort, and the burn feels so good at the end. Relaxed in the sauna at the end as well. Was well worth it.

      This is the reason I never take a break even when I go to SA on holiday as I know once I stop, I will never get going again, or if I do it will take me months.
