    It has been September since I last ran a 10K, that's over 5 months. But boy have I improved: in September 01.19, today 01.11. Beat my time with 8 minutes, couldn't be happier!

    Every step was a struggle but I had to run 5K from myself and I did. But this was certainly not one of my best runs.

    My first official run of the season, a short one but also the fastest I've ever run at a race. Very happy with the result.

    Part of my cardiotraining on the treadmill, 10 minutes running, 8 minutes hills training, 750 metres at highest speed possible.

    Although I didn't feel like going today I grabbed myself together and did go and now I'm glad, was a good workout.

    Woohoo: set a new PR and time was almost 10 minutes better than the last time I ran a 9K which was September last year.
