Woo hoo - Crikey! My first 10 miler since last May??!! Cycling really took over my training eh? Also my first 10 miler of 2012 and first on my Newtons. I was worried that they might not feel too good on my calves but everything went super. Calves and feet feeling good. Hope everyone else had a good run, bike, swim or whatever your training for the day was.
