    I must be a slow learner... only saw 1 other runner out today in single digit temps. impossible to run on 2 inches of frozen ice with a million footsteps frozen into it

    I don't think I'll be going back until it warms up and the ice melts. Running was impossible thru the woods.. I was lucky to stay upright.

    felt great to be back at the lake.. even if I had to pick my way thru a one inch layer of ice in some parts and was lucky to stay on my feet the entire loop
