      Well there you go 4K... a very nice distance! Running track can get quite boring without some distraction or working some sort of training plan in like intervals or something to take your mind off the repetitive laps.

      i'm used to the 200m tracks which is really good with my weak will power. lol. today, running behind some pretty fast runners on that long track wasn't fun.

    I loved today's workout, although i started getting just bored after 1.5miles. the track is always empty when i run on i. people don't use it. which is weird.

      Nice... 1.5 miles is a nice distance. And while it can get boring... its also real nice when the weather outside is nasty.

      Ah, that's the eternal optimist in me seeing the silver lining in most any situation. And, since life is an adventure and climbing is an adventure we must be moving "up" right? ( I know... faulty logic... but I'm going with it on this lovely Northwest day... your mileage may vary)

    Did a 15min run and a 30minute on recumbent bike. Getting back to my regular workout. I have a bad cold which kept me from doing a 30min run.
