Sweaty! Noticing some good changes. I have not been friendly to my core abdominal muscles over the years, and this program is really helping that. This will really help my run. I have never been a focused exerciser, which I realize now isn't the most efficient way to exercise. When you focus and engage, you build strength. Helps clean out all that head garbage too. A core workout can be as meditative as a yoga workout.
