Hmmm, sorry to hear. Hips don't usually hurt. Knees, calf and hamstrings, but not hips. I would check my seat alignment and bike fit with a friend if it happens again.

Doug, I have bursitis in my right hip. I've been going to physical therapy, and it has been so much better. I started running this past week, and I think it just aggravated that hip a bit. I do feel my saddle needs adjustment, but this hip junk came about off the bike and just got a little aggravated today during the ride.

Need to be better at stretching and strengthen my quads, glutes, and hamstrings. I just jumped into running too soon. Just dialing that back a tad and making sure I'm doing all the other stuff I'm supposed to be doing.

Are you still going to CrossFit NTX? I'm thinking about switching boxes. I think a local box would fit my schedule better.

I haven't done any handstand push-ups in a while, but I always stuck to strict when I could. Last time I tried, I got to 5 strict and my arms gave out after that.
I stopped going to CrossFit NTX about 2 months ago as I moved to Fort Worth. The coaching there is good, and the price is right (100 dollars /month). I'd recommend checking it out; tell Sean I sent you and see if you can get something for being a recommend-ee.
