I am Half way through this Lava Challenge!!! Waking up early is gettng a LOT easier. My legs were very mushy this morning (after my bike ride yesterday evening), but I still got out there & did it. I had no arguments keeping a slow pace this mornning in the fat burning zone, since my legs didnt have much zip.
