      Um, i think I'm kind of in your boat. Started with hip pain (TFL) in June, progressed to hip pain + PF. Then it went to hip pain + PF + knee pain. I'm a hot mess! This getting old stuff is crap. On a good note, since I've been swimming much more, my swim times are coming down. I'd like to know your process of releasing your hip flexors and coming back?
