Felt great to be out in the fresh air this morning. Super-brisk walk up and down hills, including some jogging and a stopoff to do 50 pushups. Ergh.


Ergh is right! 50 pushups???? That is crazy amazing!

The last 15 or so were VERY weak. Almost invisible. But I counted them. Heh..

It sure is nice to have decent weather again! Sounds like a wonderful workout! (Well, except for the 50 pushups...that was probably wonderful in retrospect, though!)

I know that cemetery. We go to their pumpkin patch every Halloween. But I've never run there. Sounds perfect. One week to go til the Oakland Marathon! Will look for you there!
