good Inventive Torture Trainer Workout 01:15

Strange but strenuous cardboard box sliding things, situps with 10 lbs weights, core exercises with pole full of water, jumprope (WHICH I HATE WITH A FIERY PASSION), ropes of doom, pullups, rubberband sprints, woodchoppers... um did I forget anything? All of these x 3 repetitions. Whew.
