Ugh. So weird how an amazing run is so often followed by a "meh" one. Feet hurt. Had to pee the whole time. Around 3/4, found a theater and then confronted with NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS sign. Painful. I had to walk a lot of it because I didn't want an accident. Ugh.


Incidents like that make me thankful I live in the country. SO many times I've had to pull the stroller over and squat behind some bushes! Nothing worse than running with a full bladder :( Glad you stuck it out, though!! Congrats!

yes, it's true, bad follows good, but also good follows bad. there is some app for finding public bathrooms -- i think it's called sit or squat ?

For next time, there are public (if kind of yucky) restrooms outsdie near the public library towards the lake as well as by the boathouse on the other side of the lake. Lifesavers...
