New cadence to run to this AM: http://www.amazon.com/Cadence-U-S-Army-Airborne-Rangers/dp/B00005OL5O I think it helped. Shins and left knee are starting to ache, but it was a great morning run. Saw others out doing the same, and a drunk hobo that the local PD was helping into their car. Ahhhh, life in CB.
