    Ran with Micah LaPoint and April Calaway. Legs were so tired. 83 running miles since Tuesday and 36 on the bike...a couple days of xtraining and then back to normal training.

    Tired today I hope I am tired from the sledding and snow running on Thu and Friday. Ran 12.5 on Saturday and 18.5 today for a grand total of 50K. Happy to run 95% of that with good friends.
