Winded, but otherwise great. I took it pretty easy tonight so I could try to go longer and it worked. My first 5 miler since my knee pain in November. Beautiful evening. 45F at the start, 39F by the time I was done. Took my headlamp since I knew it would be getting dark but did not really need it until the last 10 minutes. Lots of dogs on the trail today! This was a perfect way to end the work week.
