      I just read your blog post and I don't blame you a bit for getting off of here. I have thought about it myself, sometimes I'd just prefer to keep my training paces and distances personal.

    Ran Garmin free today. Just jogged my normal 3.5 mile town loop. Felt so so so good! Felt like freedom. :-)
