      Yes, I am back. Going to train for the Vegas marathon. My coworker has inspired me to do a 1/2 ironman, but I need to learn how to come correct in the water. My legs are suckin now. I'm pacing 10 splits on a 6 miler. L A M E. I need your swift feet. thanks for the note.
