Start was a bit iffy 'cause I had some digestive issues prior, but definitely felt like I managed to pick up the pace. Lovely run, that just goes to show hot weather ain't gonna affect my miles! Skipped the morning mile, just because. Tomorrow's going to be morning mile, then 10 x 320m hills in the afternoon followed by strength; Thursday, morning intervals of 6 x 400m and possibly strength or an easy in the afternoon.
