Weighed in today - Officially lost (at least) 100lbs! Came in at 209 - exactly 100lbs from what I weighed in at in June 2009 (and I gained some from there until October 2009).
Trainer workout -
upper body day - shoulders, upper back focused
core - hanging knee raises and straight leg raises, plus more
14 laps around track - 7 with plates, jogged 7
