run up/down stairs w/ 25lb plates
25lb plate tricep kickbacks

25lb medicine ball bounces
lunges w/ 25lb med ball pressed overhead
100 crunches immediately followed by 25 pushups
shitload of benchpresses at various weights
tried more pushups immediately after bench press on a boku ball - didn't happen, stiff as shit.
