    Walked 3.1 miles with a friend. First run since Medoc. Back felt ok.

    Medoc Mountain Trail run. Lots of loose rocky hills. Had to walk up those. I am pleased. Wanted to do it in 2 hrs. I DID IT!

      I loved it. My 1st 10 miler and my first trail run. Have a 10 k Nov. 6th to benefit Halifax county Arts Council. It is the Picasso 10k run. Come join us!!!

      That should be a great race at Roanoke. I have my boys that weekend so not likely that I will be there. I am tired of the 5k's and want more 10k's. Medoc was also my first 10 mile race and trail race. I camped there too. I need to post my pictures from Medoc.
