    SW 136.2, EW 135.6. Carried 24oz gatorade with 2 salt tablets in it. 1-2 swigs every mile. 50ish degrees with high winds, overcast.

    Legs felt a little dead, so I had some difficulty hitting the pace I was supposed to.
