great I'm back. 3.5 km

So it wasn't a complete run but I am not going to let it diminish the fact that this felt great. No pain in my tummy or legs, just slight breathlessness - probably a combined result of being unfit and recovering from the flu as well.

Started off with a 500m walk warm up then ran 1km walked 500m ran another 1km then cooled down with a 500m walk.

I know it was cautious but testing the run legs and the stomach. Very happy with the results.
