At the gym, I go through a bottle of 50/50 gatorade/water every 10 miles, so I thought I'd be clever and froze a second bottle, thinking when I needed it, it wouldn't be warm. Needless to say, when I needed it, it was still frozen solid.


nice work mate. it would probably not be frozen down here in AUS!
