      Being able to exercise when out of town was one of the reasons I got into running! It's such a hassle to try and find a gym. With running all you need is yourself!

  12. Eek, out of town for 3 weeks! Again! Ahhh. I have my running stuff but its hard to start running in a new area. Officially starting from week 6. Only 3 more weeks left on the C25K program.

    I dont know what I did today. I wasn't feeling so great so I just ran what I could. In order to make up for the walking pauses, I ran longer. I need to get back on my weekly plan!

    I cried when I got home. Yes, I am that kind of person. I was so HAPPY! I can do so much more than I thought. This is just the beginning.

  17. OMG, I am at the point in the training where there aren't any walking intervals. I remember when I couldn't even run for 2 minutes without panting and dying.
