I was exhausted from last night's volunteer gig. But I still went out and I am super pumped about finishing this program. One more day and another week is done!

I miss seeing what my body can do. I know I slipped a bit but I know it is possible to get there again. Super excited for my run tomorrow!
Tested out Week 2 of Couch to 5K. Apparently, I can skip ahead to Week 3. Yay. I hope I can get through this by November 1st. One day at a time, right?

Being able to exercise when out of town was one of the reasons I got into running! It's such a hassle to try and find a gym. With running all you need is yourself!

Relaxing and surprisingly tiring.. got to go on some swings though (after all the kids cleared).
I dont know what I did today. I wasn't feeling so great so I just ran what I could. In order to make up for the walking pauses, I ran longer. I need to get back on my weekly plan!
so glad you just went out and ran...good job in over powering the mind!

I cried when I got home. Yes, I am that kind of person. I was so HAPPY! I can do so much more than I thought. This is just the beginning.

Ahaha, I think its the first time someone posted that as a work out.. but sweating is still sweating!
OMG, I am at the point in the training where there aren't any walking intervals. I remember when I couldn't even run for 2 minutes without panting and dying.
Way to go!
