It's been long enough. Tired of feeling injured and frustrated. Optimistic about progress but BORED without workouts (still doing PT twice a week)!
I honestly had no idea how things would go. I didn't know if I would hurt or if my left leg would act funny. It was HOT and there wad headwind.
Starting off, I could tell it was gonna be a challenge. I felt out of shape and immediately noticed that my HR was way higher than it should be. I believe it used to average out around 158 on the bike. It was already at 165 within the first 2 minutes! Still, it felt great! :)
I had told myself I would do one loop and I realized that was gonna be enough early on!
Proud of myself. I'm motivated and determined and I don't view anything as a setback...only an opportunity for a comeback!
