Same warmup as Friday - took 12:08...threw in 5 reps of sumo squat-to-stand.
Jump Rope Circuit: 3:20 ea round x 3 rounds = 9:30 total
A. Regular x 100
B. Heel Tap x 100
C. Hi Knee Alternating x 50
MB Circuit: 4 kilo - 4 min/round, 1 min rest - 2 rounds
A. Burpee Woodchops x 10
B. Lateral Reaching Lunge + "Ribbon" x 10 ea
C. Reverse Scoop Toss x 10 (try to only let bounce once)
D. Shuffle Push-Up x 10
E. Squat to Rotational OH Press x 10
Bodyweight Circuit from 1/21: took 4:38, used half the length of basketball court
A. OH Hi Step Walking Lunge - down 1/2 court, jog back
B. Croc Crawl - down 1/2 court, jog back (roughly 15 "steps" total)
C. Lateral Lunge + Reach/Shift/Reach - down and back
D. Side Crawl Push-Ups - down 1/4 way ea direction (9 reps ea dir.)
Core/Dumbbells: 4:55/round x 2 rounds
A. Ab Wheel Kneeling Rollouts x 10
B. Scaption/Bent-Elbow Lateral Raise - 8's x 10 ea

(Felt AWESOME because I never do "bodybuilding" type schtuff anymore...got a pretty good pump going and i'm sure i'll be sore!)
As if this wasn't enough, I did 20 min on the stepmill with WORN-OUT legs!
