Circuit I: 40s work/20s rest - did 2x - 4:40 ea round, rested 2 min between rounds
A. Slider Push-Up + Knee Tuck ~ 12 reps
B. Alternating Hi Knee Jump Rope "Sprint"
C. Slider "Ab Wheel" Kneeling Reach
D. Alternating Hi Knee Jump Rope "Sprint"
E. Slider (under hands) Bear Crawl Push
