haven't ran in like 2 weeks. Back got jacked-up and then psoas locked up, and now it's piriformis/IT band issues. Being out of town with lots of flying the past week didn't help one bit, along with the emotional stress of my grandmother's death.
Had to give it a shot! Walking yesterday was kinda a challenge, as I couldn't control my left leg very well. Jogging today was the same - never before have I had to THINK about running. It's always felt natural. Felt completely weird today. I couldn't fully control how my left foot struck the ground, and starting out, it felt heavy. At one point I landed with an almost-locked-out knee. Not good. Oh well, I can't be stopped!
