      Thank you, Adina! It felt good to be at it again. I don't plan on training for 70.3s this year...gonna stick with short distances! :) My body doesn't like long runs!

  3. I haven't missed running long, but I have missed running fast.
    Funny that after a 2-month layoff, my 5k pace is the same as my long run pace.

      Thank you, Kirk! I'm really embracing my swim workouts these days. Haven't been running or on my bike in roughly a month...and don't miss either, really. Been hitting the weights again and it's nice to "feel the burn," lol :)
