    A little sore from Tuesday's workout and very warm again. Came home and did a medicine ball core workout instead. Tomorrow's another day!

    Ran 3 of the 5.2, but I'm counting every mile!! Tired and feet still a little swollen after long, LONG weekend at work. So happy to be out in the sun and moving.

      It is Mahogany Bay! We skipped the beach chairs but had a FANTASTIC time! The weather was perfect, good food, good drinks, beautiful beach and waterI don't care if it's a manufactured place, I could live there!!! (-:

    The hill is killer! Just realized just how flat my other loop is! Ran for 3 mi, walked one, ran another mile, walked 2. I can feel it already! A sunny and beautiful day.
