    good I hate May Flies!!! 5 mi

    taking a break from tracking pace when it is hot and sticky, decided just to enjoy the ride. May flies are the most annoying bugs...ick. Definitely earned my shower!

    I ran this at 1 am and it was AMAZING! Full moon, wonderful course, cheered on by fellow runners and van. This was my favorite run, it was a silent run and full of prayer. Fav of the AOR
