Wanted to get this run in early, but woke up late. Started out to get 15 miles in this AM, but could only get half in due to the heat (8:30 AM and it's 93 out). Run smart I say and when you feel heat stroke setting in, its time to stop. Need to get more miles in later after the sun sets. Now its time to water up.

    7.5 is a good good effort even if it was not what your originally planned....it's miserable right now.
