NDSU Campus Run 4 mi 00:44 11:00 pace
First run since the half. Body felt great, mileage came easy. Wanted to run even further, but resisted.

alright Around NDSU Campus 7.5 mi 01:30 12:02 pace
Felt good, but harder than I remember running outside. Good practice mentally and physically. Saw the guy running around NDSU for 400 miles. Looked like he was running strong.

Went really well today. I planned on a shorter run, but decided to run further. I ran out of time to run further, which is good since my energy level was getting low.

Just a casual jog around campus. This was my first run since after my Packer 5k, so I wanted to take it easy. The 80 degree temp felt so wonderful. Had a great run!
