    Did a Easy Half Marathon.. Started of Pass to avoid the Traffic and then took it easy...
    maintained a pace of 5.30 mins Per Km for most of the Race which varied only on Slopes...

    First easy 2km run post Scmm...followed by some resistance bands upper body exercises..
    Went quite smooth...

    was down with some Gastro problem and hence was getting out of breath quite took many walk breaks...but nevertheless a good start to September.
    Its gonna be a good month to pile on the Kms.
