good Saturday Morning Long Run 6.25 mi 01:10 11:09 pace

This was my first run after the half marathon last week. Met up with my friend Christine and we did a 6 mile loop on the Esplande. It was cool, no wind (thank you), and it only rained on us a little. Enjoyed the run and Christine's company. Stopped for coffee after and then it was off for a massage, which was wonderful. Next up cookie baking.
