Intervals on the TM 12X1:00XHR recovery. Started with 10 minute warmup. 8:20, 7:41, 7:41, 7:24, 7:24, 7:30, 7:24, 7:30, 7:24, 7:24, 7:24, 7:19 followed with 10 minute cooldown. Felt great throughout these but happy when I finish number 12. Then a 1 hour strength training session with PT: oodles of walking lunges, pull downs, rows, adductor/abductor, overhead press and of course abs. Whew!!! Home to shower and eat dinner. It will be interesting to see what my resting HR will be in the morning.
